A few months ago I cut my finger with an envelope while getting the mail from the mail box. I
am 15 so need I say more about the day from that point forward? Every other sentence was letting
my mom know that my finger needed serious attention because of the "stupid envelope paper cut." (That was my
exact words.)
As a Christian, sometimes we are so consumed with small hurts that we bring them to everyone's
attention like a paper cut on a teenage girl. Even though this cut was painful, neither stitches
nor amputation were necessary. A little ointment, a bandage and a bit of attention were all that was required
to start the healing process. Sometimes wounds are much deeper than a simple paper cut and they require ICU.
Just the same some
sins require a painful journey to restoration. Whether it's a simple cut or a deep wound the first
thing that is required is cleansing. If we neglect that step then the wound will only heal on the surface
and eventually will either become infected or will fester and even turn into gang green.
Whatever the case, this verse
says it all. Jesus gave himself to set us free from every sin we have or will ever commit.
God's love is unconditional and non ending. He can and will restore your life and fill you with
joy!

my friends and organizing. I've included a list of my favorite links to other sites so be sure and click
