Safety Tips for Chat Rooms 

  
1. Never give out any personal information.  This includes your real name, telephone/cell phone number, email address, mailing address or sharing myspace/facebook pages or anything identifiable.

2. Never agree to meet someone offline that you only know through chat room conversations.

3. Be wary of other chatters who want to meet in private chat rooms or instant messengers.  Again, it is best to side on the error of caution.
 
4. This is not a moderated chat room so please use extreem caution when using it.  If you are a minor (under 18) please get your parents or guardians permission to use a chatroom.  Talk to them about the dangers of internet safety.
